Chris brings Volution into the world — where the founder's vision is carried reality, and what is true is lived through how people lead, decide, and work together.

He brings a steady presence to context, culture, coherence, and connection, allowing alignment to be sustained ensuring that everything remains aligned as the organisation grows within Volution as well as with clients.

As steward of the Volution operating model, he ensures the system lives with integrity in practice.

Chris guides the conversion of learning into performance through relevant, practical, and sustained leadership His thought leadership bridges insight and application, enabling organisations to integrate what they know into how they lead, decide, and perform.

In close partnership with Ayanda, he holds Human Experience as a core condition of the system — shaping how it is felt, lived, and sustained. In his space, complexity settles, relationships ground, and the system begins to organise itself. From this, the organisation moves with clarity, coherence and committed action.
